Lillie Bell Jackson was born on November 11, 1943, to the late Minnie Black Nash and the late Victor Nash, Sr., in Spartanburg County. She was affectionately known to all that knew her as, “Bell”. She possessed a loving and cheerful spirit and was a delight to everyone she encountered, even strangers.
