Katrina Latease Jones

Katrina Latease Jones was born, on July 28, 1979, to Sandra T. Jones and the late Christopher M. Jones, in Spartanburg, SC. She was educated in Spartanburg County Schools. Katrina was previously employed at Windsor House as a Medical Technician.

Katrina had an endearing love for her family, especially her children. Katrina was noted as being a workaholic. She enjoyed shopping, especially for shoes. Katrina enjoyed watching Law and Order and any show made by Tyler perry. She was a Seattle Seahawks fan, and her favorite color was purple.

She was preceded in death, along with her father, by grandparents, Marie Bellamy, Pearl Thompson, and Kelly Eason; uncle, Larry Marshall; and aunt, Idell Marshall.

She leaves a lifetime of love and memories to her loving mother, Sandra T. Jones of the home; sons, Sha’ Don Jones and Corey Jones both of the Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Quinasia Jones of Spartanburg, SC; brothers, Rodric Jones of Spartanburg, SC Fred Jones of Spartanburg, SC and Olajawan (Christine) Jones of Charlotte, NC; aunts, Alice (James) Ferguson and Annette (Norman) Dyer; uncles, Dave Marshall, Jerry Marshall, and Kelly Eason, Jr.; goddaughter, Maya Tate; and host of other relatives and friends.

On Saturday, February 24, 2024, Katrina transitioned peacefully at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home with family at her side. She will be forever remembered and loved by her family and friends.
