Jasmine Letris Brannon Dover was born, on February 19, 1990, to Treena Brannon and the late Darren Wayne Young, in Spartanburg, SC. She was educated in the Spartanburg County schools and a 2008 graduate of Dorman High School. She was formerly employed at Spartanburg Medical Center as a nurse.
Jasmine was a proud mother and enjoyed cooking. She was a homemaker extraordinaire and took especially good care of her home. Jasmine loved her fur babies, Stormi Rose and Coal. Her Favorite NFL team was the Baltimore Ravens and her favorite colors were purple and yellow.
Jasmine was a member of Sigma Chi Psi Sorority. Her line name was “First Class”.
