She liked to garden and watch old-school western shows on the television,  Her favorite snack was animal cookies.  Mrs. Lyles enjoyed gathering with her family, cooking her famous macaroni and cheese, and dancing around to old-school Motown hits, but she especially loved gospel music.  She was partial to the color yellow.

Those left to cherish Chrisie’s memories are her husband, Lee Arthur Lyles of Spartanburg, SC; two daughters, Tamara Makupson of Spartanburg, SC and Lisa Marie Lyles of Little Rock, AR; two sons, Terry Lee (Lisa) Lyles and Cedric Lyles both of Spartanburg, SC; three sisters, Gracie (Dennis) Scandrett of Nashville, TN, Loretta Bomar and Chenita (Major) Owens both of Spartanburg, SC; one brother, James A.
