Alfreda Jefferies

Alfreda Jefferies was born on December 16, 1967, to the late Betty Lee Suber and the late James E. Jefferies, in Union, SC.  She was a graduate of Spartanburg High School and was employed at the J. C. Copeland Day Care Center.

She was of the Baptist faith.  Her favorite color was purple and she loved listening to R & B old-school music.  Her favorite thing to do each day was to sit and look out of the window and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors.  Her favorite food was an orange.

Left to cherish loving memories are her long-time companion, Danny Farr; daughter, Latasha (Samuel Murphy) of Spartanburg, SC; sons, Antwan (Tiffany Beatty) Jefferies of Spartanburg, Donald (Lakaja Goudelock) Jefferies of Spartanburg, SC and Brandon Jefferies of Spartanburg, SC; sisters, Marianne McCullum of Pacolet, SC and Charlotte Goforth (R. C. Robertson) of Spartanburg, SC; brothers, James Jefferies of Spartanburg, SC and Jeff Goforth of Spartanburg, SC; aunts, Julia Long of Spartanburg, SC, Margaret Jefferies of Spartanburg, SC, Betty Meadows of Lithonia, GA,  Hattie Giles of Greenville, SC, and Ruby Jefferies of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Ashanti Jefferies, Amari Jefferies, Demyia Ferguson, Ashya Watts, Aiden Jefferies, Avion Jefferies, Mason Jefferies, and Ayla Murphy; niece, Kwamisha Canty; nephew, James Hall; and a host of other relatives and friends.

On Sunday, August 7, 2022, Alfreda entered into eternal rest at the Spartanburg Medical Center.  She will forever reside in the hearts of her loved ones.
