Willie Annita Ahmed, known to most as "Billie Ann", was born on June 8, 1961, to the late Rebecca Jones Stinson and the late Frank Stinson, in Spartanburg, SC.
She was a graduate of Spartanburg High School. She was fun to be around, very energetic, and the life of the party. She liked to cook and was very good at it. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Billie Ann loved listening to music and playing games on her phone. Her favorite football team was the San Francisco 49ers. Her favorite color was pink. Her church affiliation was I Live Ministries.
Billlie Ann was predeceased, along with her parents, by her grandparents, Josephine and Frank Stinson, Elwillie and Lawrence Jones; a brother, Frank K. Stinson; and a sister, Sandra Stinson.
Those left to cherish her memories are sisters, Cynthia (Leonard) Jones of Chicago, IL, Alisa (Charles) Pennington of Woodruff, SC, Boysie (Latonya) of Chicago, IL, Johnny Owens of Spartanburg, SC and Delane (Jean) Maxwell of N. Augusta, GA; stepsisters, Sheila Williams, Cheryl Williams, Tammy Williams, Monica Williams, and Jewel Williams; her lifelong friends, Barbara Johnson and Robin Watson; and her home health nurse, Janiya Blardin.
Billie Ann transitioned on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. She will be truly missed by those who loved and knew her.
