Sharon Bonds was born to the late Lillie Mae Ross and the late James H. Bonds, in Spartanburg, SC, on December 15, 1954.

She was educated in the Spartanburg County school system and gradated from Spartanburg High School.

Sharon was of the Baptist faith.  She enjoyed solving word puzzles and was partial to the colors red and purple.  She was a loving and funny person who loved her family dearly.  Of all the hurdles she had in her lifetime, the biggest was being a breast cancer survivor.

Left to cherish fun and loving memories are:  sons, Richard (Tonya Mitchell) Montgomery of Winooski, VT and Adrian Kennedy of Spartanburg, SC; sister, Rose Marie Bonds of Spartanburg, SC; brother, Elder James E.(Vera) Bonds of Spartanburg, SC; aunt, Annie Evans of Clear Water, FL; grandchildren, Lucinda Grace Kennedy, Trevon Bradley, Taraji Bradley, and Tanasia McGee; goddaughters, Sherry Jones and Drema Miller; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Sharon was predeceased by a son, Grier Montgomery and a daughter, Mary Linda Bonds.

On Saturday, April 15, 2023, Sharon received our Master's call.  She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
