Roscoe Earl Anderson was born on March 23, 1967, to the late Carrie Lee Scott Anderson and the late Roscoe Anderson, in Brooklyn NY. He was a graduate of Dorman High School and an accomplished musician who used his gift to bless many. Roscoe loved the Lord, and his passion for music was evident in every note he played.

He was preceded in death, along with his parents, by his son, Xavier Wynn.

Left to cherish his fond and loving memories are: daughter, Marquita Wynn of Spartanburg, South Carolina; sisters, Barbara Baker of Columbia, South Carolina and Joyce (Terry) Simmons of Goose Creek, South Carolina; nieces, Ebony Brown and Stachia Simmons; nephews, Jonathan Brown, Roddrick Simmons and Davon Fuller; aunts, Elizabeth Young, Iren Sexton, Louise Scott, Linda Staggs, and Virginia Anderson all of Wellford, South Carolina;  uncle, Willie Scott of Wellford, South Carolina;  grandchildren, Ka'liya Headen, Mariah Wynn, Xavier Wynn Junior, Serenity Robinson, Tykeilen Wynn, Kristaria Wynn, Kendall Bennett, TaKyis Bennett, Dameria Rice, and Dalis Wynn; spiritual mother, Josephine Murphy; god sister, Felicia J. Romain; and a host of other relatives, and friends.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, Roscoe transitioned at his home. He will be deeply missed for his bright light, kind presence, and remarkable musical gifts.
