Ricky Reynolds, Jr., affectionately known as "Slick", was born on November28, 1954 to the late Fannie Foster Reynolds and Mason Reynolds, in Spartanburg, SC. He attended Chapman High School and was previously employed at Suttle Farms for over twenty years.

Those who are left behind include his wife, Antoinette Johnson; brother, Thomas (Vivian) Reynolds; sisters, Ethel Mae Reynolds and Florence Mae (Hebert) Porter; best friends, Benjamin Hawes and Lance Foster; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and other friends.

On the evening of Wednesday, September 13, 2023, Ricky transitioned peacefully at the Mary Black Memorial Hospital. He will be forever cherished by all that knew him.
