Quashawn Latrell Huff, known to most as "Sluggz", was born on April 23, 1990 in Spartanburg county.  He was a graduate of Spartanburg High School.  Quashawn was a member of Christian Missionary and Fellowship of Spartanburg.

Quashawn was an employee of Magna Seating where he was a forklift driver and was admired by his peers.  He was a very humble person who kept a smile on his face.  His attitude, integrity and his personality leaves a legacy that will never be forgotten.

Those left to cherish fond and loving memories are his parents, Barbara P. Huff (Rudolph Lindsey) and Lonnie C. Huff (Sharon Huff); three children:  Samijay, Aden, and Marshawn Huff all of Spartanburg; one brother, Kysmin Huff (Imani Huff) of Fayetteville, NC; three sisters:  Ashley Palmer of Spartanburg, Destinee Foster and Brittany Foster, both of Greenville, SC; his special friend, Miranda Geter of Spartanburg; one nephew, Kysmin Huff, Jr. of Fayetteville, NC; a host of other relatives and friends.

Quashawn was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Barbara Palmer and Willie Palmer, Jr. and maternal grandparents, Geneva Huff and Leroy Huff.

Quashawn gained his heavenly wings on Friday, April 9, 2021,after a brief illness.
