Obituary

Patty Joyce Anna Miller, beloved wife of Eugene Miller, Sr. and mother to Trevail Barnard Murray and Phillip Terrial Murray all of Inman, SC, passed away peacefully with family by her side at Spartanburg Regional Home, on August 28, 2024.

She was born in Inman, South Carolina on May 4, 1964, to William and Betty Little. Patty was a product of Spartanburg County schools and a graduate of Chapman High School. She was employed with Cooper Standard for over 30 years.

Patty was outspoken and loved life consequently she lived it to the fullest. She was extremely caring, nurturing and giving.  One of her hallmarks was humor; and had the unique ability to bring joy and laughter to anyone's day. Her hobbies included sewing and cooking. She was known for her mac and cheese. Patty especially enjoyed quality time with her grandchildren. Her favorite colors were blue and orange. She was a member of Daily Bread Ministries.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Birdie Mae Thompson and George Thompson.

Patty is survived, along with her parents, by husband, Eugene Miller Sr,; sons, Trevail Barnard Murray, and Phillip Terrial Murray; step son, Eugene Miller, Jr,; grandchildren, Mya Anna Marie Murray, Noah Terrial Murray, Layla Ariana Murray, and Imani Novelle Murray; brothers, Clarence Ezekiel Little and Minister Kenny Thompson;  sisters, Cynthia Elaine Barnave, Annie Ruth Davenport, and Pastor Betty Priscilla Williams; and host of nieces, nephews, in-laws, and other relatives and friends who will never forget the love she brought to their lives.
