Natasha Eilynn Longshore, affectionately known as "Tasha," was born on December 3, 1978, to Linda Jackson and the late James W. Henderson, Jr., in Spartanburg, SC. She was educated in the Spartanburg County schools and later received a certificate in phlebotomy from Spartanburg Community College. Tasha worked faithfully as a phlebotomist at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center until her health declined.

Tasha was known for her adventurous spirit and her love for fishing. She truly enjoyed spending quality time with her family, relaxing at home, and watching movies. She was a good cook, a natural practical jokester, and had a comical personality that kept those around her laughing. Her favorite color was blue, and she was of the Baptist faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, James W. Henderson, Jr.; brother, James Garvin; maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Ruby Martin; and paternal grandparents, James and Jessie Petty Henderson.

Left to cherish her life and love are her devoted husband, James "Jimmy" Longshore of the home; her sons, Shontayvis Foster of Spartanburg, SC and Lucas Longshore of the home; her siblings, Lydonna McCrary and Alona Jackson, both of Spartanburg, SC; along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

On Thursday, February 5, 2026, Tasha transitioned peacefully at Spartanburg Medical Center. Her life was marked by love, laughter, and genuine care for others. Though she will be deeply missed, the memories she created and the joy she shared will forever live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
