IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kory Nathaniel
Fredericks
August 5, 2007 – June 22, 2025
Kory Nathaniel Fredericks, affectionately known as "Kornbread" and "Dougie", was born on August 5, 2007, to Marguerite Jackson and Overseer Scott M. Fredericks, in Easton, PA. Kory was the cherished twin brother to his sister, Kayla, with whom he shared an unbreakable bond. The Dorman High School graduate was known not only for his academic efforts but also for his vibrant personality, athletic achievements, and commitment to excellence.
Kory's heart was truly one of a kind—he was thoughtful, kind, and always looking out for others. Whether checking in on his friends and family or encouraging them to stay on the right path, Kory's presence brought strength and support. His radiant smile could instantly lift your mood and change the atmosphere in any room. His style was bold and creative, with signature haircuts and fashion choices that made him stand out and shine.
A multi-talented young man, Kory began working in restaurants at just 14 years old, demonstrating responsibility and drive beyond his years. His passions included music, clothing design, and track and field. As a track star, he loved jumping hurdles and took pride in being one of the fastest runners on the team. He also played football and excelled in everything he put his hands on. His outstanding talent earned him multiple awards and scholarship offers from a variety of schools.
Kory made a lasting impact in the communities of Allentown, PA, Spartanburg, SC, and Easton, PA, leaving behind a legacy of love, friendship, and inspiration.
He is survived by his loving parents, his twin sister, Kayla Fredericks; siblings, Tamyá Robinson, Zy-aire Fredericks, Jeramiah Jackson. Jackson Fredericks, and Alexander Fredericks; grandparents; great-grandparents; and a host of extended family members and friends who will forever carry his memory in their hearts.
On June 22, 2025, Kory fell asleep into God's perfect keeping. Kory was a bright light in the lives of all who knew him. In honor of his spirit, the family invites you to spread kindness, encourage someone, or lend a helping hand—just as Kory always did. His light may no longer shine here on earth, but it will continue to burn brightly in all of us.
