Justin Germane Hall was born on November 18, 1982, to Johnny Wilkins and Mildred Jean Hall, in Spartanburg, SC.  He was a graduate of Landrum High School in Landrum, SC and was previously employed in the restaurant industry as a cook.

Justin's favorite color was blue and he was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.

Justin was predeceased by his grandparents, Reader Hall, Floyd Hall, Inez Wilkins and Johnny Wilkins, Sr. and an aunt, Paulette Wilkins.

On Sunday, September 26, 2021, Justin was called to his eternal home.
