Mrs. Julie Ann Fuller Mitchell was born on July 14, 1962, to the late Ernell Crocker and Jimmie Lee Fuller Rhodes in Spartanburg, SC, and also Inez Fuller. Mrs. Mitchell matriculated through the Spartanburg County school system. Julie had a profound love for the word of God and thoroughly enjoyed spending time in study and meditation in His presence. She was a proud member of Walnut Grove United  Church in Roebuck, SC. Left to cherish her fond and loving memories are one son, Jimmy lee (Brandy) Fuller; one daughter Raesheeta A. Fuller; eight sisters, Leslie Rhodes Davis, Virginia (Chris) Cheeks, Barbara Lee Crocker, Levon (Larry) Byrd, Linda Kay (Aaron) Rice, Ernella Crocker, Dr. Betty (Eugene) Crocker, and Ernett Crocker; two brothers, Kenneth Satrel (Cynthia) Fuller and Philbert Ronald Fuller; ten grandchildren,Tesiah, Raenazia, Trinity, Destiny, Jim'marvis, Jabuary, Kimyhae, Elyh, Jimmy Lee, Jr., and Messiah; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, Donald Curtis Rhodes, Cindy Kay Crocker and Michael Crocker.

On Sunday, May 23, 2021, Julie exchanged her cross for her crown, and she will forever be with the Lord.
