Joseph Davis, Jr., affectionately known as "Joey," was born on March 2, 1952, to the late Joseph H. Davis, Sr. and Susie Tyree in New York. After a brief but courageous battle with sarcoma cancer, Joey entered into eternal rest at 9:30 pm on Saturday, February 22, 2025, with his loving wife by his side.

Joey was known for his unique personality, infectious humor, and quick wit. He had a rare ability to make people feel valued and welcomed. His kindness and sharp sense of humor left a lasting impression on all who met him.
