Ms. Jessica Nicole "Jessie" Fowler was born on November 4, 1988, to Mrs. Tammy Lynn Arrowood and the late Tony Albert Fowler in Spartanburg, SC. She was educated in the Spartanburg County School System. She was formerly employed at the Arby's as an assistant manager. Jessica had a very inviting and loveable presence. She was known as being the life of the party and loved butterflies. Her favorite phrase was, "to the moon and back".

She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to her mother and stepfather Randall Curtis Riley; fiancé, Johnny "JT" Thomas; sons, Nicholas Fowler and Cory Tepoles both of Alabama; brothers, Bradley Fowler and Anthony Chris Fowler both of Spartanburg, SC; aunts, Elizabeth "Libbie" Arrowood of Tennessee, Tonya Lynn (Howard) Wray of Lattimore, NC, Samantha Lynn Arrowood and Amanda Jean (Shane) Cosnelleboth of Boiling Springs, SC and Sherry(Terry) Riley of Cowpens, SC; uncle, Mitchell Edgar Fowler of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by grandfathers, Mitchell Fowler and Alex Eugean Arrowood and grandmothers Essie Lynn Black and Brenda Fowler.

On Monday, February 7, 2022, Jessica, just like the butterflies she loved so much, flew away and began her life anew. Her ever-loving presence will continue to linger with those who loved her.
