IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Jerry Dean
Crocker
March 12, 1953 – December 6, 2022
Mr. Jerry Dean Crocker, known to most as "Blue", was born on March 12, 1953, to the late Mr. Robert and the late Mrs. Ruth Pruitt Crocker. He was a member of Golden Street Baptist Church. Jerry attended schools in the Spartanburg County school system.
Jerry was a very family-oriented man who loved his children, other family members, and friends. He was known as a 'master Tinkler' because he loved to work on cars. Jerry was an avid traveler, loved to tell jokes, enjoyed a game of Spades at any given time, and was very outgoing and sociable. His favorite color was blue. If you knew him, you can agree that he had a heart of gold.
He leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to three sons, Mr. Jerry Dean (Celeste) Crocker of Simpsonville, South Carolina, Mr. Reggie (Christina) Crocker, and Mr. Anthony (Mariah) Crocker both of Spartanburg, South Carolina; 15 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mr. Robert Crocker of Hartford, Connecticut and Mr. Eugene (Dr. Betty) Crocker of Spartanburg, South Carolina; three sisters, Mrs. Doris (Jesse) Robinson of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Mrs. Annie Pearl (James) Carson and Mrs. Joyce (Frankie) Albaladejo both of Columbia, South Carolina; a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Jerry was pre-deceased, along with his parents, by a daughter, Moneca Fields and a brother, Larry Crocker.
Jerry entered eternal rest on December 6, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, with his family surrounding him.
