Jerome Roddrick Jackson was born to the late Jerome Williams and Sandra Jackson on January 11, 1979. He was a native of Spartanburg County and was educated in Spartanburg County schools. Jerome had the mind of an engineer as he liked to disassemble and reassemble things, and he turned that passion and skill into an entrepreneurial opportunity. Jerome loved spending time with his family and especially loved playing with his nieces and nephews.

Jerome was preceded in death, along with his father, by a grandmother, Hattie Bell Ellis and an aunt, Mary Wright.

Left to cherish his memory are his mother Sandra Jackson of the home, two sisters, Coquita Jackson of Union, SC and Kimberly Jackson of Spartanburg, SC; one stepsister, Stacey Benson of Spartanburg, SC; three brothers, Calvin Jackson, James Jackson, and Timothy Brannon all of Spartanburg; three aunts, Cheryl Jackson, Beatrice (Norwood) Jackson Fowler, and Estella Jackson Williams all of Spartanburg, SC; one uncle, James (Sandra) Jackson of Spartanburg, SC; two great aunts, Alberta (Bo) Simuel and Elouise Osborne both of Spartanburg, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

On the evening of February 15, 2022, with his family by his side, Jerome took his final rest on this side to awake in eternity.
