Jermaine Tyrone Miller was born, on June 18, 1976, to Raymond H. Miller and the late Gracie Mae Wofford Miller, in Spartanburg, SC. He was educated in the Charles Lea Center. Jermain was a kind and gentle soul. He was extremely neat and mannerable. He loved helping others and loved music and dancing.

He was preceded in death, along with his mother, by aunt, Joanne Miller and uncle, John Miller.

Left to cherish his memory are his father Raymond H. Miller of Spartanburg, SC; sister, Vanessa Williams of Spartanburg, SC; nephew, Adrian Bogan of Spartanburg, SC; niece, Porcha Williams of Spartanburg; Charles Lea program director, Aaron Shew; and a host of other relatives, friends, and colleagues of Charles Lea Center.

Jermaine transitioned peacefully at Magnolia Manor on Monday, December 30, 2024. He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
