Mr. Harvey Joe Williams, Jr. of Lyman, SC was born on January 26, 1981, to Mr. Harvey Joe Williams, Sr. and Dr. Patricia Gale Williams in Minden, LA. On June 18, 2016 he wed the former Devin Cherese Kelly.

He earned an Associate degree in Criminal Justice, from Grambling State University. Harvey was employed as a Material Handler. He was member of New Life Community Church of Truth. Standing at a towering 6'8", Harvey was an All American defensive end. He was a football lover in general, but he was an avid LSU Tiger fan. More than he loved football he loved God and his family.

Those left to cherish his memory, along with his wife and parents, are his daughter, Myla Walker of the home; sons, Christian Walker and Devin Williams both of the home; sister, Stephanie Williams of Minden, LA; father and mother-in-law, Orlando (Cecilia) Kelly of Lyman, SC; and a host of other relatives and friends.

On June 2, 2023 Harvey Joe Williams, Jr. went home to be with his Lord and Savior in eternity. His gentle giant spirit will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
