Evangelist Sharon Deyonne Doss was born, on April 21, 1951, to the late Felma Louise Cotton Young and Roy Elmer Doss in Oakland, CA. She was a 1969 graduate of Hanford High School. She continued studies in physical therapy at San Diego Community College
Sharon thoroughly enjoyed crafting and she spent a lot of her spare time creating beautiful items. She was an incredible cook and was the owner of Sharon's Unique Catering Company. She had a comedic flare and was known for being a prankster. Her favorite actor was Denzell Washington and her favorite movie was the Color Purple. She was partial to color fuchsia.
She was a member of Greater St. James Temple where served on the kitchen and the pastor's aide committees.
She was preceded in death, along with her parents, by siblings, Leonard Doss and Romela Doss; son-in-law, Reginald Davis; and niece, Deniece Neal.
Left to honor her faith in Christ and her legacy includes daughter, Rashanda Davis of Wellford, SC; son, Derrick Richardson of Houston, TX; sister, Darlene (Joe) Morrison of Lemoore, CA; grandchildren, Chasynie (Linfred) Easter-Lewers, Kimisha Lankford, Desiree Richardson, and Daejah Richardson; great-grandchildren, Imani Proctor, Giselle Lewers, Jaylah Easter, Hendryx Holliday, and Addison Lewers; bonus son, Maurice Proctor; bonus grandchildren, Cardan Norris, Michael Trapp, and Lequavius Holliday; adopted sister, Cherly Watkins; bestfriend, Delores Burnett; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
On the evening of Monday, October 28,2024, Evangelist Doss received her well done and was promoted to the realms of Glory. Her life, love and legacy well be a beacon light and source of comfort in days to come. A life well lived and journey completed.
