Debra Ann Davis, affectionately known as "Deb," was born, on February 28, 1954, to the late Annie Ballenger Parson and Leroy Parson, in Columbia, South Carolina. She was educated in Spartanburg County schools and attended Chapman High School.

Debra was talkative, funny, and never afraid to speak her mind. She carried an outgoing spirit and a heart overflowing with love for her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping, traveling, and caring for her grandkids, which brought her some of her greatest joy. She was also a devoted fan of the New York Giants and the New York Yankees.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son, Messiah Davis.

Left to honor her life included her children, Reginald Davis Jr. of Inman and Brandon (Tiffany) Rowland of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; her brother, Leroy Parson of Bronx, New York; her grandchildren, Raven Davis, Reggie Davis III, Brooke Davis, Deja Henry, Brianna Davis, Brandon Rowland II, Bri'Asia Rowland, Mariyah Rowland, and Messiah Rowland; three great grandchildren; her cousins Maxine Jenkins, and Doris Burgess, special friend Beverly Dean and a host of other relatives and friends who loved her.

On Saturday, December 6, 2025, Debra transitioned peacefully at her home. She will be missed.
