Connie Andra Nash, affectionately known as "Sweet C," was born on October 23, 1965, to the late Margean Miller Hollis and the late Thomas Walker in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was educated in the Spartanburg County School System and was a proud graduate of Spartanburg, South Carolina.
Connie was employed at Krispy Kreme, where she worked faithfully as a cashier. She was known for her outspoken personality, her vibrant spirit, and her ability to bring laughter and joy wherever she went. A gifted cook, Connie was especially known for her famous potato salad that everyone loved.
She loved her children, enjoyed singing, and was truly the life of the party. Connie had a caring heart, a radiant smile, and a genuine love for people. She was a devoted fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Clemson University football teams.
She was preceded in death, along with her parents, by her stepfather, Willie J. Hollis, and her uncle, Joseph W. Hollis.
Left to honor her memory are her children, Shayla Walker, Antjuan Walker, Brandon Nash, Shanika Nash, Brittany Nash, and Bryant Nash, all of Spartanburg, SC; siblings, Terry R. Walker, Lyndora Walker, Willie "BJ" (Juanica) Hollis, Jr., and Alberta (Stuart) Rogers, all of Spartanburg; aunts, Barbara Scott of Spartanburg, SC, Pauline Wood of Cincinnati, OH, Mary James, Elaine (Thomas) Prysock, and Emma Perry, all of Spartanburg, SC; uncles, Williams Moore of Spartanburg, SC, and Carl (Tasha) Moore of Charlotte, NC; grandchildren, Twontrevius "TJ" Walker, Julian Tanner, Shaniya Nash, Sebastian "Bash" Nash, Heaven Nash, Elijah Nash, Caelyn Walker, Kinsley Tanner, Chandler Nash, Ahmari Tanner, and Kenver Tanner; the Krispy Kreme family; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
On October 6, 2025, Connie transitioned at her home. She will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.
