Christopher Rochelle Moore, affectionately known as "Chris", was born on March 3, 1960, to Lula Mae Watson Moore and the late Roosevelt Moore, in Spartanburg, SC. He was educated in Spartanburg County schools. He  was previously employed with Monsanto Company of Woodruff, SC and Dollar General Distribution.

Chris loved old-school music and was a master PA technician. He embodied wisdom and was always truthful. He was known for his "listening ear" and good advice. Chris was a fan of the Pittsburg Steelers, Boston Celtics, and Spartanburg Vikings. His favorite colors were black and yellow.  He was a member of the Greater Bibleway Tabernacle and the Exciting Harris Brothers quartet group.

He was preceded in death, along with his father, by siblings, Frank Prysock, Mitchell Eric, Moore, Robert Moore, and Joyce Ann Moore.

Left to cherish his fond and loving memories are his son, Adrian (Teshia) Williams of Greenfield, ID; brother, James (Elizabeth) Moore of Spartanburg, SC; aunt, Barbara Jean Scruggs of Atlanta, GA; grandchildren, Anthony Marinez, Jaderian Williams-Smith, JaKobi Williams, and Liberty Williams; bestfriend," BigBoy" and a host of other relatives and friends.

On Saturday, January 11, 2025, Chris transitioned at his home. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
