Mr. Chavis Markey Diggs was born on July 4, 1983 to Samantha Diggs and Roy Lee Staton.  He was a native of Washington.  He was known as "Banks" to most of his relatives and friends.

Chavis was an avid businessman.  He was CEO of ATM Money Gang LLC, originator of Money Shotz Media and Trap Stardom DJ's, a music producer and a club promoter.

Those who will cherish loving memories are his parents; his fiancé Vanaty Farrow of McDonough, GA; five sons, Chavis Diggs, Jr. and Kendall Ross both of Spartanburg, SC, Desmond Harris, Jordan Diggs, and Jaiden Diggs all of McDonough, GA; five daughters, Zyreuana Diggs of Spartanburg, SC, Zaiyda Diggs and Zerah Diggs both of Forest City, NC, Shanteria McDonald and Jayda McDonald both of McDonough, GA; six brothers, Devon Diggs, Joshua Gartiet, Melvin Diggs, and Prestige Sortor all of Spartanburg, SC, Roy Lee Staton, Jr. and Detrick Nash, both of Washington, DC; six sisters, Samantha B. Diggs, Danita Nash, Tina Nash, and Carla Garrett all of Spartanburg, SC, Maria Staton of Washington, DC and Aliyah Diggs of Columbia, SC; maternal grandparents, Charles Davis, Jr. of Washington, DC and Charles Diggs of Landover, MD; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.

Chavis was called to his heavenly home on May 3, 2021.
