Mr. Carrington William Rose, Sr. was born on December 19, 1964, to the late Charlie Lewis Rose and Anna Catherine Giles Rose in Charlotteville, Virginia. He was the general manager at the Golden Corral restaurant in Spartanburg, SC.

He leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to his companion, Lucero Reyes of the home; daughter, Dawn Rose of Newport News, VA; son, Carrington William Rose, Jr. of Baltimore, MD; sister, Catherine (Roger) Thompson of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Charlie (Betty) Rose of Lynchburg, VA, Alfred Buford of Charlotte, NC, Lester Rose of Virginia, and James Rose of Spartanburg, SC; seven grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

On Friday, April 15, 2022, Carrington transitioned peacefully at the Spartanburg Medical Center. May he forever rest in peace.
