Bobby Arthur Rogers, known to most as "Don Juan", was born to Wilba Middleton Rogers and Johnny Arthur Rogers, on April 17, 1958, in Spartanburg, SC.

He attended Spartanburg High school. Bobby had a charming and loving personality. He never met a stranger and would give anyone the shirt off of his back or his last dime if they were in need. Bobby loved his family immensely. His favorite color was blue and he enjoyed picking pecans. Bobby was a member of Believers Fellowship Assembly of God.

He was predeceased, along with his parents, by Peggy Rogers, Wilma Brown Rogers, and Johnny Ruth Pitts.

Those left to cherish his loving memories are: his wife, Theresa Rogers of Spartanburg, SC; sons, Jarvis Jones and Michael Jones both of Spartanburg; daughters, Dominique Rogers, Shanice Jones, Quanesha Kennedy, Shadrieka Jones and Tiffeny Jones all of Spartanburg, SC; brother, Eugene (Brenda) Rogers of Wellford, SC; sister, Mary Jane Davis of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Iytiana Young, Markavious Rogers, Misha Jones, Tenea Miller, Quinton Byrd, Quintavious Byrd, Mykel Jones, Javonta McFadden-Briggs, Jabria Rogers, Q'Nyrea Byrd, Cartar Watt, Logan Jones, Javiona Jones, Antonio Evans, Kamari Twitty, Taylin Twitty, and Zoey Twitty; and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly and many friends and acquaintances.
