Anthony graduated from Dorman High School in 1982 and began his college career at Denmark Technical College. He graduated with an Applied Science in Barbering degree in 1984. He furthered his education by completing cosmetology stylist classes at the Minosa Beauty School in Atlanta, Georgia.

Anthony was deemed clever and full to the brim with knowledge gained through life experiences, with the strength from his Christian faith. Anthony loved the ocean, traveling, and cooking; but most of all he was a die-hard football fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
