Mr. Anthony Tony Kelly was born on March 28, 1959, to Sallie M. Kelly and the late Laddie Kelly in Spartanburg, SC. Tony, as he was known by everyone, was educated in the Spartanburg County school system and graduated from Spartanburg High School.  After graduation, Tony enlisted in the United States Army. Tony never met a stranger and was a jack of all trades. He was gifted in construction work, painting, and was an impeccable handyman.  His hobbies included fishing (his favorite) and basketball, and he was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, a professional NFL football team.

Left to cherish his fond and loving memories are his mother, Sallie M. Kelly of the home; daughter, Saynaetra Kelly (Korey) Gilmer of St. Louis, MO; brothers Ted C. Kelly and Tyrone Kelly of Spartanburg, SC; sisters, Joanne Lowrance and Jeri Geter of Spartanburg, SC; granddaughter, Zoey Gilmer of St. Louis MO; grandson, Kade Gilmer of St. Louis MO; and host of other relative and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, grandparents, and one brother, Lanny Rogers Kelly.

On Saturday, September 18, 2021, Anthony was called from active duty on earth and retired to the corridors of heaven where he will rest with our Father.
