Obituary

Angela Rebecca Landrum Davis, affectionately known as "Peppermint Patty", was born on August 6, 1974, to Andrew E. Miller and Sallie O. Landrum in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She was educated in the Spartanburg County Schools and was a 1992 graduate of Chesnee High School. Angela continued her education at UNC Charlotte, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business. In the Fall of 1993 she pledged Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc in the Xi Upsilon Chapter, proudly embracing her Sorority sisterhood.

Angela served with excellence as the Human Resources Director at Bericap, where she was respected for her professionalism, compassion, and warm spirit.

Full of energy and personality, Angela was a sweetheart who loved to talk and had a signature eye roll that her family and friends will never forget. She enjoyed watching television, spending time with family, and being at the center of any gathering. Her favorite team was the Pittsburgh Steelers, and her favorite color was blue. She was a faithful member of Fairview CME Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, her aunt Murvell Goggans, and her uncles Ostell Landrum and Coy Landrum.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Cedric Davis of the home; her daughter, Deztanee (Xavier Arnold) Crawford of the home; and her brother, Minister Joseph (Lisa) Landrum of Columbia, South Carolina. Her aunts, Cora (Clarence) Martin of Chesnee, Barbara Landrum of Chesnee, Linda Johnson of Greer, South Carolina, Carolyn (James) Frye of Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Loretta (Charles) Boozer of Chesnee, South Carolina, will also remember her with love. She is further survived by her uncles, Madison (Dorothy) Landrum of Chesnee, South Carolina, Glen Landrum of Chesnee, South Carolina, and Carl Landrum of Woodruff, South Carolina. Angela's legacy continues through her grandchildren, Ahmand Smith and Xoei Arnold. Her best friends, Kim Neely, Karen Treasure, and Tiffany Coleman, along with her family, the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc, and many dear friends, will forever carry her memory.

On Monday, November 17, 2025, Angela's beautiful life came to a close. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished for the joy, love, and warmth she brought to every life she touched.
