Obituary

Aileen Alexander was born, on February 8, 1939, to the late Joseph "Josie" Lowrance and the late Roosevelt Lowrance in Cherokee County. She was a member of Holden's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, and her favorite color was blue.

She was preceded in death, along with his parents, sister Josephine Riser and brothers, Wilber Lowrance and Horace Lowrance.

Left to cherish her fond and loving memories include her daughters, Paulette Alexander and Anita (Mike) Briggs of Duncan, SC; sons,  Paul (Candace) Alexander of Forest City, NC; brothers, Jerry Lowrance and Steve Lowrance both of Spartanburg, SC and Larry (Ruby) Lowrance of  Inman, SC; sisters, Viola  Brewton of Charlotte, NC, Mary Lowrance, Betty Crook, and Dollie Lowrance all of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Scott (Ashley) Alexander,  Devante Boyd, Cheontre Alexander, and Keshana Briggs; great-grandchildren, Rodney "Tay" Alexander, Laila Alexander, Kamari Alexander, Malani Alexander, and Ja'Nola Tutt- Boyd; and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Aileen transitioned peacefully at her home on Friday, February 21, 2025. She will be sorely missed by her family
